In 2004, I pursued my passion for health and fitness through professional education, hands-on training and certification, then founded FitAfter50.
For more than 8 years, I had the pleasure of working with "older adults" as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Sports Performance Coach.
To be a valuable resource for people 50 and older who want to incorporate physical activity and other healthy lifestyle habits into their lives, in order to enhance their quality of life.
