Rates & Terms
Like any service-based business, I have standard terms that apply to every project.
During our initial conversation, we'll discuss the project scope, timeframes, and payment options before we proceed to the next step. While I don't believe in an elaborate contract, I will provide an agreement of our understanding that outlines what we discussed before moving ahead.
Hourly or Flat Fee
I'm open to either option depending on the project scope, deadline, and budgetary limits. In either case, meetings, research, brainstorming sessions, writing, the review process, and revisions are tracked time-wise and considered billable. On a flat fee basis, if the project expectations or requirements change considerably once underway, a new proposal and estimate may be necessary.
Deposit and Payment
As a first-time customer, I require a 25% deposit from you with the remainder due within 21 days of the project's completion. With ongoing clients, I invoice monthly, with net 30 days payment due. There is no project cancellation fee, and payment will be adjusted accordingly for the work completed to date.
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars, and payment may be made via Paypal or company check.
