Indeed, as I sit at the base of Mount Snow in West Dover, Vermont, I'm in disbelief that it's still July as I feel like I've lived through a full summer since descending into Massachusetts on the 1st. The photos speak loudly, but yes of course I'll add a few thoughts, too. There were other visits as well -- a few with my 93 year old brother-in-law and niece Liz, as well as friends, Sue and Tom. My photo expertise is slipping but it's not age; it was the three bottles of vinho verde I drank alongside all the delicious food. No wonder I'm pondering relocation to the Azorean islands.
I'm now in a brief solo respite mode before my birth month and a whole new story begins.

And you made all 31 count. . .so good to spend quality time with you.My one regret? Not buying a 4th bottle of Vinho Verde, increasing the odds that I could have won at least one round of Rummikub!

D: Oh my --- must see a photo or two of this neighborhood camping expedition! Do text me! I think Lyle might be ready for Jr Counselor now :). Yes, I've crossed the border into NY but still in Vermont mentally! J
